Project Overview

We developed a B2B pharmaceutical distribution platform for Sy and Tees Pharmaceutical to streamline the ordering and distribution process between the company and its wholesale customers, pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors. The platform allows registered business customers to browse products, view pricing, place bulk orders, track deliveries, and manage their account through a centralized system.

To improve efficiency and maintain accurate records, the platform was integrated with QuickBooks Desktop. This integration automatically synchronizes products, inventory, customer accounts, invoices, and sales data between the distribution platform and the company’s accounting system.

The Challenge of the Project

Before the platform was introduced, order processing and inventory management were handled manually through phone calls, messages, spreadsheets, and separate accounting records. This made it difficult to keep track of available stock, customer pricing, invoices, and sales records across multiple business customers.

The main challenge was to create a reliable B2B ordering platform while integrating it with QuickBooks Desktop so that:

  • Products and stock levels update automatically from QuickBooks
  • Customer-specific pricing and business account information remain accurate
  • Orders placed on the platform are reflected in QuickBooks automatically
  • Invoices, sales records, and inventory stay synchronized
  • The company can manage large volumes of wholesale orders more efficiently
  • Manual errors, duplicate entries, and delays are reduced

The platform also needed to support bulk ordering, multiple customer accounts, secure access, and fast performance for business users.

Final Results

The completed system provided Sy and Tees Pharmaceutical with a modern B2B pharmaceutical distribution platform fully connected to QuickBooks Desktop.

As a result:
